We are delighted to announce the appointment of an Executive Head Chef … We are delighted to welcome Callum Keir as our new Executive Head Chef. Born in Scotland, Callum started his career fifteen years ago in Perthshire and embraces the ethos of traditionally reared and produced foods. He is classically trained and has worked in Paris and with the British Michelin-starred chef Martin Blunos. Callum joins Park House from Verzon House Hotel in Herefordshire where he was Head Chef and previously at Holbrook House Hotel in Somerset and Buckland Tout-Saints Hotel in Devon.

We have created more space around the outdoor pool for the sun loungers … In time for the pool re-opening next month, you will be pleased to hear and see that we have increased the depth of the terracing on the far side of the pool to allow more room and space for the sun loungers. This now allows for easy access to the pool all round and plenty of room for the sun loungers to be enjoyed set back on the terracing. Enjoy!
