Our Executive Chef
Callum Keir is the Executive Chef at Park House. Born in Scotland, Callum started his career fifteen years ago in Perthshire and embraces the ethos of traditionally reared and produced foods. He is classically trained and has worked in Paris and with the British Michelin-starred chef Martin Blunos. Callum joined Park House from Verzon House Hotel in Herefordshire where he was Head Chef.
